On the current app, train ticket booking is very time consuming. The user gets frustrated navigating through complicated user flows. The app doesn’t allow a continuation ticket for pass holders who want to travel past their marked destination station. As a result the pass holder has to either book a new ticket for the whole journey or de-board the train after reaching his destination to book an extension ticket. Also, Unnecessary login each time when the app is reopened. The outdated interface and design make the app unappealing to use.
Deciding to study abroad can be exciting as well as overwhelming. Some aspirants lack the resources or connections to guide them. And even after assistance, keeping track of all the updates and documentations throughout the process which lasts for more than a year can take a toll on the emotional, physical and mental well being.
